GlavUpDK under the MFA of Russia invites businesses to learn about its new multifunctional complex (MFC) located in Moscow at 42/bld.2 Mosfilmovskaya Street in a scenic area of the Setun River Valley Nature Reserve. It overlooks the green districts of Moscow, the Setun River, Park Pobedy on Poklonnaya Gora, the Moscow City International Business Center, and the Moscow City Golf Club.

The nine-storey building has everything you may need for a happy life and productive work, including 112 one to three-room apartments with a floor area ranging from 44 to 100 sq.m, which can be rented together with kitchen furniture, household appliances, sliding door wardrobes, and multi-split air conditioners. Should the tenant wish, GlavUpDK may add some other home furnishings. Available options can be seen in one of the show apartment. There are also offices for rent, each having a separate entrance.

For the convenience of tenants, the building will have a day care center for children. The designers have also taken heed of comforts, such as accessibility for people with reduced mobility and neighboring children’s playgrounds and recreation areas. A three-level 267-car underground parking with two car washes is a special pride of the complex.

The building features an eye-catching glazing solution with large windows and Juliet or glazed balconies. Despite the large glazing area, the building has a high level of energy efficiency and fire safety. In addition, it is equipped with the state-of-art pipelines and networks, including 32 BAS-controlled main systems.

Particular focus is placed on security issues, such as CCTV cameras, security alarms, video door phones, and a key card access control system.
