The quality management system of GlavUpDK under the MFA of Russia has once again confirmed its effectiveness and compliance with the international standard ISO 9001. This year, the Company and its affiliates (Inpredkadry, the Zavidovo Recreation Complex, Moscow Country Club and Medincentre) successfully completed the recertification procedure by the accredited certification authority Intertek Certification Limited and received a certificate of conformity No. 160236 (RUS, EN) with annexes.
The ISO 9001 standard establishes the basic principles of quality management, such as the focus on understanding the needs of customers who buy the company's goods and services as well as meeting the requirements of customers and the ability to anticipate their expectations; top management leadership; involvement of all employees of the company; process approach; continuous development and improving efficiency of the management system.
The certificate of conformity with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001 proves the effective management of the enterprise and confirms that this enterprise guarantees quality products and services for consumers.
